N,N′-Carbonyldiimidazole(CAS#530-62-1) is a derivative of imidazole, containing 10% functional imidazole components, white crystalline powder，purity up to 99%, with multifunctional reactivity is widely used as an enzyme and protein binder, antibiotic synthesis of drug intermediates, especially as the synthesis of peptide compounds as a bonding agent. It is also a fast and simple activator, can quickly synthesize amphiphilic urea oligomers with good antibacterial properties, can be synthesized with amide structure can be self-assembled in the solid phase conditions of hydroxy quinine derivatives, can be prepared through the cyclization of the monomer itself with the structure of the urea of the heterocyclic organic compounds. It is also a key reagent for the synthesis of nonlinear optical materials and a special coupling reagent for peptide chemistry. In organic synthesis, it is used in the synthesis of dipole polyamides, the preparation of β-ketone sulfone/sulfoxide, the construction of β-alkene amino acid derivatives, the intermediate of acyl imidazole/pyravirine amide, acid activation to generate imidazolines, triphosphorus nucleoside/peptide chain/ester condensation and carbonylation reaction. In biochemical engineering, it is newly applied to the synthesis of different classes of heterocyclic compounds, enzyme immobilization carriers, reagents for affinity chromatography ligand immobilization, protein peptide chain oriented ligations and protection of biologically active groups. It is also a lead chelating reagent. The regular package is cardboard drums lined with plastic bags, sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. |
