Product description : DCH01A CPE Cable Jacket Compound Generally non-extended burned rubber jacket compound under the temperature at 65°C I. Illustration With Chlorinated Polyethylene (herein below called CPE) elastomer CM361M as basic material, blended with other additives, CPE compound has excellent properties of flame retardancy, oil-proof, wearing-proof, tearing-proof, good resistance to cold, weathering and excellent mechanical properties. Our DCH01A rubber-sheath compound follows GB7594-87 standard or SE4. Rubber sheath made by CPE CM361M is the ideal substitution of CR or CSM compounds due to its excellent properties, good extruded rubber surface and lower price. II. Application 1. Rubber cable sheath for general-purpose: outer middle type YZW (245IEC57) and outer heavy type YCW (245IEC66); 2. Outer sheath of round cable YSF (245IEC58) and flat cable YSFB (245IEX58f) for decoration circuit purpose; 3. Outer sheath YTF (245IEC75) for elevator purpose; 4. Outer sheath for electric welder purpose; 5. Other outer cable sheath that has similar requirements. III. V. Package & Storage Generally, 25kgs in one carton box or depends on customers' requirements. Shape of the material: Rectangle rubber sheet, pellet or depends on customers' request. The material should be stoned at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
