Usage Instruction: ● SilibaseRA-4305 Polyurethane Mold Release does not contain harmful solvents and heavy metals, such as alkyl phenols, amines, plasticizers, cadmium and lead, during usage can reduce evaporation of harmful gases. ● Very slight in the mold release agent accumulation. ● When releasing the superior low temperature performance, best used at 30-80℃. ● When it uses can be brush, wipe coating, spray coating, etc. ● 1kg release agent is diluted with 10~15 kilograms with solvent before using, a reasonable choice of dilution please according to the size of gun nozzle and practical trial accordingly. Storage Stability: Storage for 12 months at least hermetically under indoor normal temperature.
