SWD Urethane Co., USA researched and developed two components pure polyurethane spray rigid elastomer coating in the 1980th. This coating product applies 100% polyurethane material, film molded in once spraying on site spray, with high performance efficient. It is a green environmentally friendly product without solvent volatilization. With excellent anticorrosion, wear resistance performance, it has been widely used in the projects of gas pipeline, oil pipeline, pickup trucks and tanks, etc. Coating appearance shows smooth, dense and tough. With high adhesive strength, excellent tensile strength, tear strength, impact strength and wear resistance, it can bear the heavy impaction and high flow brush of liquid, with stable chemical resistance, anti normal corrosion media, such as acid, alkali, salt, seawater, etc. no blister, no peel off after long period sinks in corrosion solvent.
