for the appraisal of products and technologies held by Ministry
of Chemical Industry and Shandong provincial Committee on Science,
it was discovered that 6 of our products had filled a void in the
province and 3 in the nation. We used the specifications of Union
Carbide of USA and Degussa-H¨¹ls AG of Germany as the reference for
our own standards for production and testing. The products was listed
in the provincial Xinhuo plan in early 1993, and was listed as a
continued project of Xinhuo plan by national Committee on Science
in March.
