The products adopt international advanced technology and produced by cored blow molding machine.

The raw metarials employ high molecular weight and high density polyviyl adhesive with strong rihgidity and enduring creep defofmation and resisting abrasion and enduring enviromental stress cracking. The product is widespread applied to chemical, medicine and foodstuff industry casing, and is one of the signs that large-casing industry in China comes up to international standards.

The designing of products structure is reasonable. To be compared with the traditional cord blow molding machine, the products' special feature is L-ring type protuberance ring in the two-sided bottom surface as global with the pail. This moulding mode strengthen the incorruptibility of the pail, and it's easy to lift up or let down. Loading is also with loading iron equipment. On the top of the product, there are two thread type sealing nick with "0" type rubber circle or sealing lid of LDPE sealing circle to thut off the vessel.

The technology standards of freezing test, falling test, air-tight test, lipuid-pressure and heap test of the product are up to the United National(UN) standard for casing in II class dangerous articles.

The product need to avoid weather-beaten and bumping with sharpener, and be far away high remperature heat sourcing.
