Sanzheng Company is an important enterprise of the petrochemical system of Liaoning Province and the backbone enterprise of Yingkou City. It has five factory sites altogether which are well equipped with water, electric power, steam, and cold-making and nitrogen-making facilities. 2 of these factory sites have special railways. Its total area is 250,000 square meters, rapid cooling equipment (30 tons),a cold storage (800 tons), and 20 tons of walkin refrigerator and 20 million cubic meters of hydrogen per year. Its total asset is 200 million yuan, among which there are 100 million yuan of fixed asset. Among its 700 workers and staff members, 40% are technical personnel with degree of special secondary schools or above. Its products include cyanuric chloride, liquid sodium cyanide, latex paint for walls, herbicides of symmetrical triazine, capsule agent for seed, fluorescent powder for high-lightness dispersing light, phosphine oxide, cynaoboron sodium hydrate, and cyanuric chloride of low impurity. The cost volume profit relationship of Sanzheng-branded cyanuric chloride is in the leading place in Asia and only second to Tegussa Pacific Ltd. of Germany. The annual production capacity of cost volume profit relationship is 20, 000 tons, covering 95% of Chinese market. Its export volume accounts for 80% of the total export quantum of China. In 1989, it was authorized as the representative factory in production techniques by People's Republic of China. In 1996, it was assured by ISO9000 in terms of both product quality and quality control system, the earliest among all chemical enterprises of China and all industrial enterprises of Liaoning Province. Our factory has been authorized 6 patents up to now. Besides, it has always been responsible for the international exchange of techniques and the brainstorm of technology.

The techinical standards of 'Sanzheng'-branded cyanuric chloride are: appearance: uniform white powder, content ≥99.2%, melting point ≥145℃, substance insoluble in toluene≤0.1%, fineness 160 mesh（98μm） residue on sieve ≤0.2%. According to the feedback of our clients at home and abroad, it can satisfy their needs in every aspect for its high quality. It has already been registered in India. Besides, it has been honored the name brand and name product in Liaoning Province.

The annual production capacity of liquid sodium cyanide, which is both for the use of our company and for distribution, is 50, 000 tons.

Herbicides made from cyanuric chloride include asulon, simetryn, prometryn, and various preparations.

Capsule agent for seed is developed by our company and the Agricultural University of China, including varieties for soybean, corn, wheat, paddy, peanut, sugar beet, and so forth. Our factory can produce 3,000 tons of capsule agent for seed and 100 tons of root cancer germ resisting agent per year. Moreover, it has introduced the 95' high-tech project which aims at producing 2,500 tons of latex paint for walls per year from Changzhou Coating Research Institute of the former Chemical Ministry.
