Panjin Far East Chemicals Co., Ltd., a sino-foreign joint-venture was founded in 2001. The shareholders are King Country Ltd. of Hong Kong and Far East Huajian of Beijing. The Registered Capital is 10,000,000. King Country invested 5,100,000, and holds 51% of the shares; Far East Huajian of Beijing invested 4,900,000, and holds 49% of the shares. The Chairman of the Board is Ms. Bailey-Huang from Canada.

Panjin Far East Chemicals Co., Ltd. is the largest Manufacturer and Exporter of Dimethyl Sulfoxide(DMSO) and Dimethyl Sulfone(MSM) in Asia, with an annual production of 8000 tons of DMSO, 2000 tons of DMS and 250 tons of food-grade MSM.
