China Interdye 2006(The International Dye Industry, Pigments and Textile Chemicals Exhibition)which was held on April 17-19, 2007 in INTEX Shanghai , shanghaimart . About 350 companies and manufactures from India, Korea, Japan, Germany, U.S.A., Switzerland, U.K., Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Spain, Thailand and China including Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan Province participated in this exhibition. The three-day exhibition attracted 34,960 visitors from both at home and abroad. Among them there were over 7.02%overseas visitors coming from 45 countries and regions respectively.
With the rapid development of textile and garment industries, China had become the biggest country in terms of the volume of the output, trade and consumption of dyestuff. The output of China's printed and dyed cloth produced by the enterprises above designated size totaled 36.21 billion meters, up 15.69%. The total trade amount of imports&exports of China's dyeing and printing industry in 2005 was US$13.45 billion, up 19.45%. The favorable balance of imports and exports trade in China's printing and dyeing industry in 2005 was US$4.57 billion, up 12.12%. The trading of dyestuff, organic pigments and auxiliary agents is very active in China. China Interdye 2007 will further promote the trading of above products.
It is decided that “The 7 th China International Dye Industry, Pigment, Textile Chemicals Exhibition” is going to be held in INTEX Shanghai and shanghaimart on April 17-19,2007. The organizers, China Dyestuff Industry Association, China Printing and Dyeing Association, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Shanghai Sub-Council, Shanghai World Expo(Group) Co.,Ltd. would like to make this exhibition as a stage for the exchange between domestic and overseas exhibitors, and also a bridge to link the suppliers and consumers.
