Founded in 1997, Jiangsu Xinye Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Chemical Industrial Zone of Jiangsu Jianhu Economic Development District which is near the Yellow Sea. It enjoys superior geographic position and convenient water and land transportation: in the west, it closes to the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway; in the north, it is neighboring the Xinchang Railway. It is a chemical raw material supply enterprise which establishes the fine chemical as its major industry.

In August, 2004, our company carried out the joint stock cooperation with Jiangsu Senda Group. Now we have total assets of 270 million Yuan, floor area of 520,000 square meters. There are 368 staff of which including 68 specialized technical talented person. Our company mainly specializes in the production and operation of chloride, acyl chloride, aromatic aldehyde and phenol serial products, and our main products are including parachlorotoluene, o-chlorotoluene, p-chlorobenzyl chloride, o-chlorobenzyl chloride, p-chlorobenzaldehyde, o-chlorobenzaldehyde, p-chlorophenol, o-chlorophenol, etc. Our production equipment is advanced and the examination method is first-class. Our products sell to places around our country and even export to US, England, Canada, Denmark, Switzerland, India, Japan and so on the international markets. The aromatic aldehyde and the aromatic phenol series product separately occupies 70% and 35% domestic market. We also developed a new project of ion film caustic soda with annual production of 200,000 tons, and it will be put into market in April, 2006. We have passed the quality system authentication of ISO9001:2000.
