Product component:RA series products are complex of Hexamethoxymethyl-melamine with organic and inorganic carrier. There are three kinds of these products:RA-65;RA-60;RA-50. They are pre-disperse solid melamine type methylene donor containing adhesive A 65%,60%,50% respectively.

Product technical index:appearance:white powder with fluidity.ash content:30-38% in RA65;35-42% in RA60;40-48% in RA50.

water content:≤4.5%

dissociative formaldehyde≤0.15%

screen residue≤0.3%

Use:RA series are methylene donor adhesive.They play an important role in adhesion in native rubber,styrene-butadiene rubber,carbon black compound and brass-plated or zinc-plated steel wire cord fabric thread,dip polyester cord fabric thread.They are widely used in tyre industry especially in steel wire meridian tyre,conveyer belt,flat conveyer belt,rubber tube and adhesive tape.

Package and storage:RA adhesive is packed in plastic knitted bags with innerlined plastic bags.net weight:25Kg or packed according to customers` requirement.It should be stored in dry,clean warehouse and not be piled in the open air.Be careful to keep it away from moisture.It`s useful-life is one year.
