HuaXing (Suqian) Chemical Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong funded enterprise with total investment of RMB 50 million. It was registered and founded in November 2004, and is located in Suqian city of Jiangsu province which was titled as "Best Spring Scenery in the World" by Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, covering an area of 60mu. It enjoys advantaged location and transport convenience, for it is only 60km west from Xuzhou Guanyin International Airport, respectively 140km and 100km east from Lianyungang Airport and Baitabu Airport, and close to several expressways to different directions.

The company grew out of Zhejiang Huangyan HuaXing Chemical Factory. Huangyan Huaxing Chemical Factory, established in 1983, was a joint-stock enterprise integrated with scientific research, production and trade. It was located in Huangyan of Zhejiang Province, which enjoys the titles of "Hometown of Chinese Honey Oranges" and "Kingdom of Fine Chemicals". It mainly produced rubber Antioxidant , accelerator, crosslinking agent and vulcanizator, with considerable technical force, advanced manufacturing techniques, and complete testing equipment. Its products were highly praised by clients all over the world. Basing on the tenet of "High quality & high efficiency, Faithful & true to word", it kept developing products harmless to environment and health according to domestic and international market demands.Up to now, we have obtained ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification, ISO14001:2004 Environment Management System Certification and Vocational Health & Safety Management System Certification, and entered into 21315 Product Quality Monitoring System of China Product Quality Association. At the same time, it bought quality product and quality liability insurance from PICC. It was "Contract-Stressing and Promise-Keeping enterprise of Zhejiang Province", "Contract-Stressing and Promise-Keeping enterprise of Taizhou City", "Contract-Stressing and Promise-Keeping enterprise of Huangyan District" and "Core Enterprise of Huangyan District".
