Rudong Coutry Synthetic Chemistry Factory was founded in 1974. After a few years, RUDONG ZHENFENG YIYANG CHEMICAL CO., LTD was also foundedon the basis of it in 1993.

The factories are located in the eastern coast of the south Yellow Sea and the northern side of the Yangtse River, near Shanghai, Wuxi and Nantong cities, and hold the convenient transportationL(rivre and highway). So far, there are 5 million RMB (original cost)capital assets, 3.8 million rMB funds in the hands of the factories and an integrated infrastructure in them. Among more 100 staffs are more 30 technicians(include five senicr engineerings). And there is a close cooperation with East China University of Science and Technology, wuhang University, Nanjing Normal University and others.

Three categories include tens of products in the factories which have been developing through more twenty years. First series of products is Phosphoric acid and Phosphate which are made from phosphor. They come up to the national sandard and are saied abroad. Second serial products is Phosphorous acid and Organophosphorus which are made from phosphor(P4).Phosphorous Acid is satad in America, germany,Japan, South korea and others. Thirst serial products is fine chemicals which include catalysts, initiators and etc. They are polymerization initiators of resins, electrochemicals and phase-transfer catalysts.
