Description: PVP-Iodine is a stable chemical complex of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and elemental iodine, which is completely soluble in water, ethanol etc. PVP-Iodine can extinguish bacterial, virus, fungus effectively. It is a stable complex with no irritation, which can dissolve in water completely.

It is also used as microbicide for kitchen utensils in family and in antidandruff shampoo. In addition, it is also used as good microbicide in food and feed industry. It was accepted into 2000 edition and USP24th.
