WHA-101 & WHA-102 ALUMINUM OXIDE DRYER

WHA 101, 102 aluminum oxide dryer we manufactured is a kind of X-P activated Aluminum oxide, which is of high intensity and has many capillary holes. It has a strong affinity for water so that it is suitable for microwater deep desiccation. When applied in a medium, it will neither become soft nor swell and never dissolve into powders. As a result, this product is widely used in gaseous and liquidoid desiccation in petrochemical industry. In addition, it is also widely applied as instrument wind in texitile, oxygen-making and automation industry and has been proved to have a strong resistance to abrasion and a high intensity. Its monomolecular absorbing layer has a high net heat ageing and works specially well with heatless regenerating equipment. Due to its proved quality, it has successfully replaced Peching-A products imported from France in domestic market.

This product can be made into highly intense ball-granules( or in other shapes) of various radii as required. It has been authorized by China Petrochemical Head Company as substitute of imported products and won "Steed Prize "in Zhejiang province.

Principal Technique Indicators:

Caution:

1.Do not unpack before use or the product will absorb moisture and its effection will be impaired.

2.The product is suitable for deep desiccation and functions better if used with the pressure not less than 5kg/cm².

3.The absorptivity of the product will descend after being used for a period of time. It can be regenerated by dewatering. In this case, it should be put in air or inert gas for 3 hours at 120-240℃.

Package and Storage:

1.This product is packed in a polythene braidedbag with a thin polythene memberance layer inside and a walon paper box outside. Net weight of each box is 25kg. It may also be packed in iron drums with each having a net weight of 40kg.

2. The product is packed airtight, waterproof and moistureproof. It should be stored in a dry place and far away from water and vapour.

WHA-201 DESULPHURIZING CATALYST

Our WHA-201 desulphurizing catalyst is a kind of γ-Al2O3. It takes shape of ball granule with many capillary hole passages inside. The surfaces of those passages are of good activity. It has high crushproof intensity, strong resistance to abrasion and good duration. Hence, this product has achieved the standard of CR-style catalysts manufactured abroad in some important physical and chemical aspects including hydrolysis activity against organic sulphure, salinzation of sulphure acid and heat stablization. It is much better than natural bauxite catalysts. The product is applicable to sulphur recovery process of refineries with the acid gas H2S, natural gas purifying and desulphurizing plants, urban gas works petrochemical plants and chemical works.

Caution:

1.Guard against over-temperature of the reaction apparatus, accretion of sulphure and carbon, and salinzation of sulphure during the whole process of catalyst application.

2.Reduce SO2 content of the air flow in the reaction apparatus to prevent catalyst intoxication caused by salinzation of sulphure. On occations of normal operation , the molecular proportion of H2S to SO2 should be strictly kept to approximately 2:1.

3.When there is sulphure in the air flow, keep the temperature of any part of the reaction apparatus not lower than dew point temperature of sulphure in order to avoid sulphure accretion on catalysts and block channel. Try to forestall accidental over-temperature and pull down operations.

4.Prevent substances like amine hydrocarbon and NH3 from entering the reaction apparatus so as not to cause carbon accretion, channel block of form of harmful things like(NH4)2SO4.

WHA-104 active alumina fluorine killer

4.Cautions:

(1) This active alumina fluorine killer could be used together with the family fluorine killer vat which containts WHA-104 fluorine killer 1.6 kg..The water enter into the bottom and out from the top.It’s a very convenient fluorine killer device for household.Apart from that,it also can be used together with fluorine killer device in water-works or industry.

(2) Activating the household fluorine killer:make the aluminum sulfate solution (3 liter water,0.3 kg solid aluminum sulfate), put alumina fluorine killer into the solution .Get rid of the liquid after about 5—10 hours and clean it with 2 liter water about 3-5 times.

(3) Regenerating the household fluorine killer:make the same aluminum sulfate solution as activating,put the alumina fluorine killer into it for about 30 hours.Get rid of the solution and clean it with 2 liter water about 3-5 times.Or using the method of moderating pH to make it at 7.5

(4) The WHA-104 active alumina fluorine killer can be used consecutively for 6-8 years.When the surface become yellowish-brown,the efficiency will decrease because of the impurity.Thus you'd better deal with it by 30% hydrochloric acid every half year and the method is as same as the regeneration.

CARBONIZED ALUMINAGEL WHA-404

The product is made by means of continuous reaction. It is an exclusive product in the country with many excellent features. It has a high content of pseudo-Al2O3.H2O while containing little foreign substance. The content of Na2O is no more than 0.05%, Fe2O3 no more than 0.07% and other chemical compositions like SiO2and TiO2 are also of minute quantity. After heat treatment, the product can turn intoγ-Al2O3 which has a good heat stability. Catalyst carriers produced with it have a high intensity. The product is widely used as carrier in catalyst-making industry such as carrier for silver catalyst, carrier for toluene disproportionation catalyst and carrier for refining catalyst by adding hydrogen. Its performance is competent with the carrier of SB powder.

By applying this carbonized aluminagel, Yanshan Petrochemical Head Company, one of the largest chemical companies in China, had produced silver catalyst meeting advanced international standard. In recent years, it serves as a coating on the cellular vehicle tail-gas catalyst. It also works very well in pile coating. All these suggest that it has a promising furture in application scope.

In 1997, our plant further developed our carbonized aluminagel and produced a sort of large-holed aluminagel with cavity volume ranging from 0.6 to 1.00cm³/g. It can serve as carrier in desulphurization by adding hydrogen, denitriding by adding hydrogen and can also be used in refining carrier by adding hydrogen.

WYA-9101 ALUMINUM OXIDE ABSORBENT

It is a special product in anthraquinone process, very strong, shatterproof, dissolveproof and durable of high clarity. Some chemical and industrial reserach institutions and many H2O2 producing plants have applied this product.The results show that it not only can absorb alkali in driving liquid but also can cut down consumption of anthraquinone and stablize driving liquid.
