Properties and Applications: Red light yellow. Product melting point 134 ℃ soluble in ethanol for orange red, and soluble in acetone and benzene, insoluble in water. In concentrated sulfuric acid for magenta, dilution have orange precipitation; In concentrated hydrochloric acid in heating for red solution, cooling after dark green hydrochloride crystal precipitation, but in separation, will lose hydrogen chloride.
