It is used widely in the foaming of such plastics as EVA,PE and PVC and many kinds of rubber, and is suitable to hot-pressing foaming in large or small mold and secondary foaming of PE. Application Specification: There are a lot of awful odour gases will be produced during the process of AC foaming agent. These gases mainly made by Coss-linking agent DCP and NH3 which is irritant gas. It has a very bad influence on human skin,eye and respiratory system.even worse it will be life threatering. Therefore, many developed countries provide the clear content of NH3 of foaming agent in express terms. In consideration of side effect of NH3,we made a new kind of blowing agent that has very low NH3.For difference of foam forming technology, If it develop well, the content of NH3 will be controlled in 0.03%.This technology will bewidely used in the processs of low, mid-temperature ,high temperature and IP technology so on.
