I. Illustration

With EPDM as base material, filled with reinforcing agent, filling agent, antioxidant,curing agent etc, totally blended by internal mixer, DCJ30M 90℃EPR Insulation Compound produced by our company is the product used for Cable insulating layer for coal-mine. It has excellent properties such as heat-resistance, ozone-resistance, electrical non-conductivity, it is easy to process and store.

II. Application

It is a kind of specially used insulating material for coal-mine cable under 6KV. It can be used for long time under the temperature at -40-90℃. The material is highly flexible, easily blending & moving. So the cable will be easily installed and laid. The color is white and it can be produced with the other colors according to the customers’requirements.

Ⅳ. Processing Condition1、Ordinary rubber extruder is available, CV production line is recommended.2、Compression ratio : 1.1:1～1.5:1.3、LD ratio : 6:1～16:14、Temperature : 60～80℃5、Recommended temperature inside curing pipe : 180～200℃

Ⅴ. Package & StorageGenerally, 25kgs in one carton box or depends on customers' requirements.

Shape of the material: Rectangle rubber sheet ,pellet or depends on customers' request.

The material should be stoned at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
