ApplicationThe compound can be used for outer cable jacket that has the requirement of halogen-free, low-smoke, flame retardant properties, such as motor out line cable, motor vehicle cable and similar occasion-used cable. The cable can be long-time used under the temperature between -40~125℃. The compound has good characteristics such as good flexibility, easy- beading, moving, convenient installation lay. We can provide different color according to the customers’requirement.

Processing conditionIt is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder, CV production line is preferably recommended.Reduction Ratio:1.1:~1.5.:1I/D Ratio:6:1~16:1Temperature:60-80℃Curing Temperature:(inner temperature of curing pipe)170-190℃.
