Illustration Based on CPE as its raw material, blended with other additives. It has well excellent properties such as oil resistance, cold resistance, weathering resistance , flame –retardant and good mechanical properties. Foreign Equivalent Grade is XH-01A of GB7594-87, and SE4 of GB5013.4-1997, generally non-extended burned under the temperature at 65°C. It is the ideal substitution of CR or CSM compounds due to its excellent properties, good extruded rubber surface and lower price..This curing system can use tank curing method, especially for the customers who is no CV curing line and short producing line. II. Application The compound can be used for shipyard cable, outer middle type cable, elevator cable and other outer cable sheath that has similar requirements . Ⅲ. Properties NO. Package & Storage Generally, 25kgs in one carton box with PE bags inside or according to the customers’ requirements. Shape of the material: Rectangle rubber sheet, pellet or depends on customers' request. The material should be stored at clean, dry, shade and draughty place.
