Product description :	I. IllustrationDCH31A based on CPE and also blended with other additives has heat -resistance, flame-retardant,oil-resistance, cold-resistance, weathering-resistance, and good mechanical properties after cured. It is in accordance with XH-31A Type Jacket in GB7594-87 standard, i.e. heavy-duty flame-retardant rubber jacket under 90℃. Cable jacket made by DCH31A is the first ideal substitution of CSM Compound because of its excellent properties, good extrusion rubber surface and lower cost. II. ApplicationDCH31A with excellent heat-resistance, ozone-resistance,smooth extrusion, longer-term storage performance, etc, is suitable for Medium Voltage Rubber Cable Jacket instead of CSM Compound. Processing conditionContinuous vulcanization production method is preferredCompression ratio of extruder: 1.1:1-1.5:1Length-diameter ratio: 6:1-16:1(hot feed is suggested if lower than 10:1)Temperature of extruder: 60-80℃Temperature of curing pipe: 165-185℃
