Uses

Fire-fighting measures

Use carbon dioxide, dry powder, sand to extinguish the fire

Emergency treatment

Inhalation: Leave the scene quickly to a place with fresh air, try to maintain a semi-upright position, give artificial respiration if necessary, and give medical care.

Skin contact: Take off contaminated clothing immediately, rinse with running water, and seek medical attention.

Eye contact: Lift the eyelids immediately, rinse thoroughly with a large amount of running water or normal saline, and seek medical attention.

Packaging, storage, transportation

The packaging is generally 250 kg/iron drum, packed with nitrogen. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire, heat, and direct sunlight. The packaging must be sealed and protected from moisture. It should be stored separately from oxidants and acids. Transport as required by dangerous goods

Remarks: MDI and TDI are substitutes for each other, and both are raw materials for the production of polyurethane. The price of MDI is slightly lower, and its toxicity is lower than that of TDI, but the density of the foam is higher than that of the TDI system, and the moldability of the polyurethane product formed by MDI is relatively good.
