Data Sheet of SilibaseRA-4112 Urethane Mold Release Agent: ● Appearance：Colorless Transparent Liquid ● PH value：7.0 ~ 7.3 ● Density：0.98-1.05 g/ml ● Dilution ratio (by weight)：1:20 mix naphtha/n-hexane/gasoline ● Working temperature：30℃-60℃ ● Material content：99.8% Feature: ● Environmental health harmless to human body without bad smell. ● Non-stick mold, excellent release properties and higher release times. ● Improve productivity: Protect the mold from carbon deposition, more than 10,000 release times without white residues and less to clean the mold. ● Product surface is easy to clean, does not affect any after-processing such as painting, varnishing and adhesion.
