Used in solvent, water-borne and radiation-cured coatings, inks and varnishes to provide excellent touch. Main Benefits: ● Touch: Excellent tactile modifier for a variety of paint systems. With only a few additions, SilibaseCP-1821 Silica Flow Agent can bring excellent touch in a variety of paint formulations. ● Sliding performance: SilibaseCP-1821 Silica Flow Agent can reduce friction coefficient. Especially the friction coefficient of solvent-based coatings, in 2K PU Solvent-based wood coatings, this additive has played an excellent role in reducing the friction coefficient. Typical Physical Properties: ● Appearance: yellow transparent liquid ● Active substance content: 50% Suggested Additions: The effective concentration is low, and the recommended dosage of additives is about 0.2% (based on the whole formulation). However, the amount of SilibaseCP-1821 Silica flow agent required varies with the type of formulation.
