Product description :	Product: Release Agent for PU Elastomer Item No.: SilibaseRA-4311 Overview of Characteristics: SilibaseRA-4311 Release Agent for PU Elastomer is the organ silicone and Teflon mixed liquid, excellent heat stability and chemical stability, good at remold and isolation effectiveness, non-corroding and without residual on the mould and good at mould surface, not influence the product's adhesiveness and paint, not pollute the mould. SilibaseRA-4311 Release Agent for PU Elastomer is concentrated of high pure silicone, avirulent insipidity, high lashing point for safety usage. Technical Index of SilibaseRA-4311 Release Agent for PU Elastomer: ● Appearance：Colorless transparency liquid ● Density：0.96-0.98 g/ml ● Effective constituent：100% ● Viscosity：100-200 (MPas/25℃） ● Flashing Point：≥300℃ ● Dilution ratio (by weight)：1:20 diluted with gasoline or naphtha or n-hexane ● Working temperature：30~180℃ Usage Method: ● Clean the mould and warming the mould up to 50°C. ● Use release agent after dilution (1kg mixed 20kgs solvent) and use the brush or spray gun to coat on the mould uniformly which can produce after the solvent volatilize. Term of Validity: At least 12 months under original sealed container during -20℃~50℃. Packaging: 25Kgs/barrel, 170Kgs/drum or according to your demand.
