SilibaseMB50-TPEE Silicone Masterbatch Based on TPEE is widely used as an efficient additive for TPEE compatible resin system to improve the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar and abrasion resistance. Fundamental Parameters of SilibaseMB50-TPEE Silicone Masterbatch Based on TPEE: Grade: SilibaseMB50-TPEE Appearance: White pellet Silicone content (%): 50 Resin base: TPEE Melt index (230℃, 2.16kg) (g/10min): 22.0 ( typical value ) Dosage: (% (w/w)): 0.5~5 Benefits: Improve processing properties including better flow ability, reduced extrusion die drool, less extruder torque, better molding filling & release. Improve surface quality like surface slip, lower Coefficient of friction, Greater abrasion & scratch resistance. Faster throughput reduces product defect rate. Enhance stability compare with traditional processing aid or lubricants. How to Use: Addition levels between 0.5~5.0% are suggested. It can be used in classical melt blending process like Single /Twin screw extruders, injection molding. A physical blend with virgin polymer pellets is recommended.
